Privacy policy

We collect account information you provide, such as your name, email address and authentication details. If you sign in through another service, we receive the basic profile information that service shares with us.

We also store the material you add to Storyboard, including project briefs, prompts, cast and product references, uploaded media, audio plans, settings and generated results. Basic technical and usage data may be collected to operate, secure and improve the service.

We use information to provide and maintain your workspace, authenticate your account, process generation requests, preserve project continuity, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal information.

When you choose to generate content, Storyboard sends the information needed for that request—such as prompts, reference media and generation settings—to the model provider you selected. That provider processes the request under its own terms and privacy policy.

We use infrastructure and authentication providers to host data, store files and keep accounts secure. These providers may process information only as needed to deliver their services to us.

Provider API keys are kept in server-restricted storage and used to make requests you authorize. Integration token secrets are shown once; Storyboard stores a one-way hash for later verification. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and revoking them if you believe they have been exposed.

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the service. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle.

You may update or remove project content in the product. You may also request access, correction or deletion of personal information through the support channel made available in the service. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security purposes.

We may update this policy as Storyboard changes. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when a change is material.
