Using Storyboard
You may use Storyboard only if you can legally enter into this agreement and your use complies with applicable law. You are responsible for your account, for keeping credentials secure and for activity performed through your account or integration tokens.
Your content
You retain ownership of the briefs, prompts, files and other material you submit. You give us a limited right to host, process, reproduce and transmit that material only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and to complete actions you request.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use the content you submit, including any likenesses, voices, brands, music and reference media.
Generated content and third-party models
AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to material produced for others. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and deciding whether it is suitable and lawful for your intended use.
Model providers and other third-party services have their own terms. Your use of those services—including through keys you connect to Storyboard—is also governed by those terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use Storyboard to violate the law or another person's rights; create or distribute harmful, deceptive or abusive material; bypass security or usage limits; interfere with the service; access another user's data; or reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly permits it.
Service availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may limit or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or address a breach of these terms.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Storyboard is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that output will be unique, accurate, uninterrupted or fit for a particular production or commercial purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Storyboard will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when a change is material. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
